Fractional AI Lead
A senior AI lead for your business, part-time.
Most SMEs don't need a full-time head of AI — but they do need someone senior owning the direction. As your Fractional AI Lead, we set the roadmap, decide what to build next, oversee delivery, and keep your automation improving — a few days a month, on retainer.
You get senior AI judgement in the room for the decisions that matter, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire — and a single point of accountability for everything AI in your business.
